I founded Cobalt Media Marketing one year out of college, after managing social media for seven locations and three franchise pages during a marketing internship with Tan Republic. When I kept hearing "you should start your own company," I listened.
Hey there, I'm Josey!
Within 90 days of launching, I left a secure job to run Cobalt full time. That was the easy part. The harder part, and the part I love most, is doing work that actually moves the needle for the businesses I work with.
I relocated from Washington State to Las Vegas in 2021, right after finishing my degree at the University of Oregon.
Seven+ years of marketing experience, a team I trust completely, and a genuine investment in every client we take on. That is what Cobalt is built on.

My other major passion in life is doggos
I support various animal shelters around the US and have rescued two dogs thus far in my life, the first a wonderful German Shepherd called Bruce. After he sadly crossed over the Rainbow Bridge, I brought a little rescued French bulldog home called Chickie and she really is my everything.

Beyond the dogs, I am also a huge advocate for business owners and entrepreneurs, and do everything I can to support my clients. I believe in what you are building, and that investment shows up in every strategy, every piece of content, and every decision we make on your behalf.
As someone with seven years of marketing experience under my belt, I am goal oriented, detail driven, and genuinely passionate about the work we do. Those are not just words.
